At Moon Nude, we want you to feel confident in your skin and your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and hygienic liners to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Moon Nude packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
